This rate applies to college or medical students, residents, fellows.

*To be eligible for this rate please send your CV and a letter from your Program Director/Department Head confirming your status to info@spir.org.
SPIR Member: Associate – $500.00
SPIR Member: General & Emeritus – $850.00
SPIR Member: Member-in-Training – $400.00

If online payment is not received at time of registration, your registration will be canceled.
